One4all remote / Dyson fan

Wasn’t sure where else to post this so thought I’d ask here.

We have a One4All remote (Essence 8 URC1281) and a Dyson Hot&Cool Jet Fosuc fan (AM09).

We never expected to be able to use the remote with the fan and a quick search while setting up the remote for TV, STB, soundbar and XBox, confirmed this - Dyson codes don’t exist.

However… when clicking away on the remote, it sometimes randomly turns the fan on (haven’t yet worked out the specific buttons), which confirms for me that they use the same technology and makes me wonder if the fan may actually be able to be programmed into the remote.

Does anyone know if this is possible please?

Hasn't the OFA got a learn facility? By that I mean learn the remote code from the original remote?
 
But you do have the AM09 and its remote, £200 from the multimillion manufacturer

Is there an option to disable the infra red and just use the wifi ?

What does the manual say ?
