opentel osd20000F, how to open pay channels?

Im doing my first attempt to open a pay channel my receiver is opentel osd20000F(without cam).How do I get it opened. Please help!!

Basically with such an obscure receiver, for which I doubt a patch will be made and no cam you have not got a prayer without further financial investment.

I stand corrected no patch for mine then??
 
I would check the second site topper as it's in English and seems to deal with all these clones. sorry for the scant info mate but am at work and didn't have time to check the site in depth.
