2 - showing Persian language music videos from Radio Javan

3 - showing Angry Birds movie dubbed into Persian.

Opera 1 have shown Hail, Caesar! & London Has Fallen in English, I know this channel is for Iran, is it broadcast from there?

It'll probably be operating somewhere from the Gulf states. These channels showing English films pop up every so often - they run for a few months not paying any royalties on them then disappear once the big studio lawyers get too interested in them and get the satellite downlinks shut down.
