ORF2 Vienna Encrypted or FTA?

Hi guys,

Is ORF2 Vienna on Astra 19e encrypted or FTA?

It did work a few nights ago, and I think I was watching a news program, and now it just doesn't work. Only ORF2 Europe works.

Is there much difference between the Vienna and Europe versions?

I may be wrong, but looking at the information on Lyngsat, it appears that ORF Wien (Vienna) is only transmitted for a couple of hours each evening.
