I need an original SD card ..preferably on that has already been formatted in a camera ...
Doesn't have to be large capacity ...but not micro SD or any other variation.
It is needed to write repair firmware for a Panasonic LCD TV ...and transfer to the TV ...
hence the need for the correct (physical) sized card ...and pre-formatted in a Panasonic Camera if possible..
The firmware is only about 10meg ...so one large enough to hold the file..

I have a 2GB full size SD card you are welcome to have. I even have a Panasonic Lumix camera I could format it in although it's already formatted to FAT32.
 
SWMBO has a Klick 512MB, previously used with a cheapo Argos Camera.

She currently has a Panasonic Lumix, so could reformat the card and send to you?
 
512 is a more than adequate size Gordon ...
So either would do ..
Question is ...which of you guys no longer need this medium ?
Gordon is closer ...but does he still need the SD ?
I'd like to own it you see ..for future ..similar repairs..

Ive just read that larger SD cards may not be recognised by the TV according to the manual ..so probably Gordons is the safer bet ..

Distance is of little object to the Postal Service .......

Our Card has relaxed in a drawer for four years or more and is surplus to our requirements, for sure.

My card is also surplus to my requirements as it's been at the bottom of my laptop bag for many years. I used to have some smaller ones but not sure where they are at the moment. Probably took them out at some point as I was lugging them about for no good reason. These days I use 16 or 32GB in the camera or MP3 player. Anyway, if you decide it would be useful later on just PM me and I'll stick it in the post.
 
G, you're a rubbish entrepreneur. Some would see sense and charge £££ for the card... which E could have added to the customer's bill.

Yeah, well I owe him one.

Anyway, SWMBO got home so I asked her to Format the card in her Lumix.

Total blank look, but she gave it her best shot.

And failed.

Took me nearly 3 microseconds to work it out, on a Device I wasn't familiar with.

The jobs a good 'un and it's in the Post.

Never chuck owt out .... my Daughter gave me that card over ten years ago, when she did a Saturday job at a Photo shop (Max summat, IIRC)!
