ORT Mali is one of the 7E Channels, along with RTS that retransmits Champions League and other Football in such poor quality that it looks like the product of someone pointing a video camera at a TV screen and is then overdubbed with French Commentary.

Nice to see it giving us a second bite at the cherry.
 
Yes, pretty much the same video quality on both sats' transponders. Video resolution of the channels isn't too bad at > 2 Mbps, just that their video sources are pants. Usually OK with studio output.
 
This channel has ceased transmission on these satellites.
