Although I can receive incoming e-mail, I can't send any. I use BT Broadband with Outlook Express, and every time I open OE, I get the Log-on Box, asking me to provide user name and password. These are already there, with the 'Remember Password' blanked out. OK'ing the box merely brings it up again. Whilst doing this and checking account details (all correct), incoming e-mails arrive with no problem. The fellow at the Indian call centre just told me to do what I had already checked - account details - so that was a dead end. I suspected a corrupt password, but using a PW sniffer brings up the correct one. I have a BT 0800 number to try later, but I suspect I'll get the same 'help' as from the call centre. Any ideas folks? I'm stranded! Llew
