Oozoon images are CVS images. They are not designed to run with Cams.
It can be done but you have to manually install the files to the right places and then write a script to start the files, all of which i cannot help you with.
Is there any particular reason why you want to use a base CVS image when there are so many images around which have all the cams already installed.
