Hi everybody, recently I experienced problems with the above named receiver, would allow me to install
Astra 19.2E but trying to install Hotbird 13.0E the receiver would freeze, to return to the menu I would
have to switch off at the mains and restart once again, attempted to do the procedure a few times and
the same would occur.
So I decided to purchase another new receiver, same model, but the same fault, very strange ?. I was
wondering could the fault be in the DiSEqc switch box or one of the LNB's on the dish externally ?
I would be very grateful for any assistance in rectifying this fault.
Ps :- I am only a novice in the satellite world.
