Paksat 38 East ?

Hi friends ..
just a quick question for UK cbanders ..
I have always had issues at this location on the arc ..due to the troublesome tree..
But during the winter months whilst the tree has been leafless ..I did manage Oxygene and Sohni Dharti..
Sohni being the stronger of the two ..
I figured thes would lock without issues due to the increase in capture area of Christina ..
but ...not a thing ..
but a quick check shows the first stages of spring have hit the tree ..and a few leaves have shown themselves..
I'm surprised this has totally killed Parksats reception ..and so quickly .
Can anyone confirm both these channels are still there ...and if so ...had there been any noticeable change in output power.
Otherwise ..I'll write it off till winter comes again.

Just wish I'd recorded that add they kept running on Oxygene ..where the extremley beutiful Indian mom makes tea for the family..

hi -
just been trying this sat tonight -- its not just that tree -- i no longer get the two channels -
Oxygene and Sohni Dharti.. -- something has changed for us further north -- slight change in the footprint ??
i,v had a good signal from these two channels for months ----- and sometimes others from this sat in good weather conditions --
unlike a lot that i pick up in C band -- i did regularly watch Oxygene and Sohni Dharti

Thanks for confirming what I first suspected Nelson ..
Maybe it will return later in the year ...but if they've changed the footprint deliberately ...then I doubt it.

hi all since since sohni dharti and oxygene have dropped their power i scan now and again and one channel at the moment is there ajk on 3785R 2800 see pic below,also the ertu mux on 24.5W has upped its power see below.cheers
