It's been a while since Palanca TV could have been watched as a normal TV channel on 10E but the signal is still there with quite a bit of Mbps available.
Can anyone find a workaround to bring the image on screen?

It's just been a blank screen with no audio for about 2 months now, not sure what's going on there!
 
That's what I am saying ... must be a trick to get the picture as stream is acctually rich.

For me they're transmitting a black screen.
Video pid should be 512 and if i record that PID i get an mpeg2 video completely black.
