Calling all green fingered members.
We have a palm tree in the bottom corner of the garden that did very well last summer and flowered for the first time.
Now the very cold winter appears to have killed it! all the leaves died and fell off and the flower is still hanging on but does look very much dead.
What are the chances of the palm tree recovering ? or is it time to accept it is dead and cut it down.
I've seen similar palm trees in other peoples gardens and they all seem to have suffered the same fate but nobody seems to know if they will recover.
