Patched Technomate Will Not Open 1 Channel

Technomate 1000D + Moteck SG2100a + 85CM Dish
My Location
Northern Ireland
My patched Technomate will not open any channels. It doesn't open anything on Hispsat for example and I know it should. Do I need to do something else to the receiver other than downloading a patch?? I have herd about keyfiles but can not find anything for a Technomate 4200d
 
Most of Hispasat is now not available.
 
Ah, that explains it then. All I was receiving though was free to air stations. Is anything on hotbird open just so I can check if my patch is working?
 
Try any of the TPS channels. :)

Think TPS and multis should be working on HB. But have you turned your patch on? Does the menu show the cas? When I had a patched Tecky I had to go to menu, system info, press OK and then type the code 2004 to activate the patch. Only once, same to turn off.
Think you should also be able to get Mediapark channels (MGM, Canal 18 Cinematik, Natura etc) on Hispasat.
