As thread says, PBS America has gone fta in preparation for joining the Freesat platform

It should be on right now but my VU+ still indicates it as 52225 without EPG.

You should still be getting it somewhere within the EPG, unless Sky is deliberately blocking the guide for their own purposes and the VU+ is suckered into following it.
Have you tried a firmware upgrade and then new installation to update the channel list ?

On Sky PBS is on the old frequency with EPG and encrypted.
