Brazilian football legend Pele, arguably the greatest player ever, has died at the age of 82.

He is credited with scoring a world record 1,281 goals in 1,363 appearances during a 21-year career, including 77 goals in 92 matches for his country.

RIP Pele.....as much as I remember his goals and skills, the one thing that sticks on my mind is 'that' save from Gordon Banks......
 
He was not only the strongest football player ever, but also a gentleman, although he and his family came from the favelas.

Much as Pele was a legend the coverage is getting ridiculous now. Reuters had an interview with his hairdresser this afternoon & now they have a locked off camera pointing at a Pele waxwork with grockles having their picture taken with him.
