Here are the pics of the reinstalled Penta 85 dish. Used two K brackets for extra rigidity.

The dish picks up good signals from 53e to around 8w, beyond which a house gets in the way. A bit high on the pole, but that is purely to get decent signal from 53e as there's a house to clear. The dish in the pictures is looking at 5e.

And yes, I will tidy up the cables later...

Nice job there, I think a coat of white paint and you wouldn't see it by there at all.
 
Yes, was thinking of painting it especially as it's on the front of the house. Will any spray (bar non-metallic) paint do? Will there be any signal degradation?
 
I have never painted a dish so not really sure but I think many people just use a tin of car spray paint, with thin even coats, but don't take my word for it!
