It's the same in most Linux based receivers, and images, you first need to load a CCcam, using plugins, or addons, sometimes you need to transfer the .ipk, or .tgz, file to the Tmp folder and activate it, using a FTP program, like FileZilla.
Once done you connect to your receiver, via your PC, using your receivers IP address, username root and password dreambox, then navigate to the var folder, at the bottom, click on the + symbol, and the etc folder, there you should now see the CCcam.cfg file.
