It was in July 2014.I made this multifeed-46e-53e-55e-57e-/F/-60e for fun.
What is needed for this design. This LNB with a =beak= for 23mm, 40 and 55mm. A gun with silicone - /for outdoor work/, I also took masking tape and copper wire. 2 receivers for tuning. A plastic LNB holder for focus, side stiffeners, remove with side cutters.
First, I set up satellite 56e on the Openbox-820ci-11804 L 27500 receiver
Then I connected the Openbox SX6 HD and set up satellite 57e in focus - 11188 V 1774. I adjusted it to 11067 H 1255 at maximum.
I removed the SX6 - connected the Openbox 820. I adjusted 55e to 11265 V 30000.
I squeezed out silicone on the sides of the LNB and along the perimeter and held it for 5 minutes =head= so that the silicone would stick a little. And to keep the signal - quality - at maximum.
I secured it with copper wire and tape - /sticky side on top/. I adjusted the LNB and held it for 5-10 minutes so that the signal was at maximum.
In this position for 30 minutes, let the silicone harden.
Removed the tape and wire. Tuned the satellite 60e-/LNB-40mm./
While I tuned 60e and the silicone hardened in an hour. Tuning 53e. I applied silicone to LNB 55e and for 53e. The actions are the same as above when tuning 55e. Spread, grab, wrap, hold for 10 minutes. Tuning frequency for 53e is 11044 V 44950.
I let the silicone harden for a couple of hours. Tuned the satellite 46e.

And as expected, I installed the visor. Because these LNBs on 23mm are very sensitive to various moisture /rain, snow/. 1.5l and 2l plastic bottles were used.
