Picture quality on RedLight Channels

My Satellite Setup
Humax F1-VACI Hotbird/Astra
My Location
West London
Can anyone tell me what the picture quality like on the Red Light channels. I have heard reports that it is not too great and would like to know before I subscribe.

when it was on CW a bit back i got to see a couple of the channels and the PQ was dreadfull :(
