I have a dreambox 800Hd with latest nabilo image and ccam.

Are there any other updates or tweaks I can use to make my dreambox better? To enhance it? Pimp it out?

Nabilo is now outdated. Latest Blackhole image is Dream Elite 1.0
 
ok thanks i installed dream elite.

Im looking to enhance the performance add features that will benefit the box. im not exactly sure, what do you guys have on your boxes??? what are your favorite add ons?
 
I like CCCam switch, where you have several configs at the ready to be loaded with the Zapper.

Of course, I also like to go one step too far and add that last, extra nice, goody, plugin, function which forks up the box completely and I have to start from scratch all over again.

Whatever you do, install one extra at a time, and give it a minimum 24 hours to make sure all is well before firing in another, unless you like being busy
 
Depends on the rest of your setup. I have mine recording to my NAS over the network and you can also set it up to play streams from your PC using VLC. Auto resolution can be interesting to play with.

If you indulge in CS, then CCcamInfoPHP in a good tool to investigate but for me the best pimping you can do is to add additional feeds from your dish(es).
