Please help me install a plugin

I have a Dreambox 500-s (Gemini), but I lost the password. I would like to install TuxCom plugin but can't get to the box in the first place. I do not have or desire the use of Dreambox Control Center or Dreambox Edit software. Someone told me that with Gemini image it is possible to access the internet and install the plugin that one desires without the need to remember the password. I have downloaded the plugin into a folder on my computer, but do not know what to do next!!!.
Can anyone help please?
 
It shows you in The Guide. FTP it to /tmp and do a manual install.
