We have these two devices:
(1) Niagara Pro II
Click here for more details: _http://www.viewcast.com/download/niagarapro2.pdf
(2) Virenza-T (which has an optional DVB-S +S2 input
Click here for more details: _http://dveo.com/pdf/Virenza-T-Datasheet.pdf
Now, what we need to do is capture satellite signal of some free to air TV Channels and Radio Stations using the Virenza-T, feed the Niagara Pro II with its SDI output and then stream the same over the internet.
My question is: how do you go about connecting these two devices and accomplishing the task? Do we need a PC and if yes, is it the Niagara Pro II or the PC that should send streams to the streaming server?
I am aware that these are not devices owned by every Tom, D1ck and Harry, but I bet there is someone out there who can explain to us a step-by-step procedure of how to do it. Many thanks.
