please i need help

I brought a dm-800 from hm-sat.de on october 2008 .
On july 2009 my dm800 start to act strange and make bleeping noises after a few days it stops working so I send it to them to be repair
After waiting 1 month for my machine to be repaired, it arrived and still NOT WORKING...with the same problem.
I was expecting the problem to be solved.

I contact dreammultimedia and after give my dm 800 details tell me they never received the dm 800.
after fews emails i received the follow message

Hello,

please send back the faulty DM 800, we will change it.

on the 21/09/09 i send my dm 800 again

till now i send a lots emails asking for a answer,they not anwser my emails.
don't not what happens,don't not what to do.
please i need some help or advise
