i am using the new Rudbox image at the moment. can anyone access the plugins menu. when i try to select the plugins menu, my display says "PANIC" (which i thought was quite funny), and the machine hangs. i have to hard reset by switching off at the mains.

anyone know of any plugins or how to use this feature?

...access the mains socket, pull out the 13A plug, and 'plugins' a Dreambox :P
 
have thought about, but i am in the fortunate position of owning both, as i like to fiddle with boxes (ohhh errrr missus). the relook has such potential and it will just be a matter of time before we have images of the quality of gemini for the relook. just wish they would hurry up with them :sigh:

LOL, yes I hope so. It might also make DMM reconsider their pricing policy :)
 
Like myself with the Triple Dragon a year ago, coming into a new Linux box means having to have the patience of Job before decent images arrive.

Unlike many new Dreambox purchasers, who have the advantage of plenty of work having been spent on their images beforehand.

As far as I could see there was only a sample.plugin script in the folder . It may not have nbeen a script even didn't get time to check it .
