PM and Forum access

I see via other posts that you have to have a 20? post rule to be able to PM - so I cannot PM at this time but I would like to - on that matter - post on the Jobs for the Boys, Installer section as I have a number of sub-contract work projects throughout Southern Africa and I see there are a number of members that can help.
How could be able to either PM or post to the Jobs section

You should go to the post of the person you want to contact and ask, firstly, in the open forum if they might be interested. If they are then you can ask for PM to be enabled so that you can contact them direct.
