PM's are a privelidge only granted to members who have been on the forum for a few weeks and made a minimum number of posts. We had to introduce this aftwer a number of spammers made a nuisance of themselves.

Most new members dont require pm's on anyway - and you would need a VERY good reason for us to turn it on early.
