Hmm. PM privileges are not normally enabled until you have a solid Posting record plus time served.

I note you are "time served", but unless Admin are persuaded otherwise, you will need a few more Posts yet.

Must have been a very long time ago - it was years ago that we started restricting access to new members (due to spam problems).

Is the member still active on the forum - folks drop in and out all the time.
