I would like to contact a member on this site which I had contact in the past. He 's from Paris and I want to meet with him but I haven;t his private e/mail.

Hmm. PM privileges are not normally enabled until you have a solid Posting record plus time served.

I note you are "time served", but unless Admin are persuaded otherwise, you will need a few more Posts yet.

Well if you had contact with the member in the past why can you not contact the member the way you did in the past?
 
Must have been a very long time ago - it was years ago that we started restricting access to new members (due to spam problems).

Is the member still active on the forum - folks drop in and out all the time.
