Found this the other day.

If you look closely, it shows some serious modifying to get such a wide arc, particularly on a polar mount/ actuator setup that are normally more limited than a diseqc or h-h mount…. Some of which can just do that arc out of the box.. Just not on a 1.5.
He’s used a damper on the west side. Even with this you can notice the dish does the classic ‘flop over’ the critical limit and the damper then dampens its final few degrees. That last part of the arc is not much good going westward, but on the return journey, it should all line up OK with the weight of the dish pulling down the west arc and the damper assisting it‘s lift.
Noisy though....
