I am unsure what dish this is from, but the holes look very close to the channel master, it will be an easy modification if not.

I have a CM polar mount and jack, not sure if jack works !
But you would need to pick up or arrange own courier
and want £100 for them.

There is one polarmounted for sale in Belgium, bu I think owner wants too much.

Got this polar mount today, a few modifications (drilling holes) and it will be ideal for my CM 1.2m dish. The amazing coincidence is that the seller was only 10miles from where I live. I call that fate! Thanks again to martin-f for pointing it out to me. reni.

Nice little mount that, it looks like the bottom bit is some kind of alloy/monkey metal ? if it is make sure you grease every nut and bolt as it can fuse together very easy ,
