Hi,
I live @ 27.8N,52.3E .
I want to set my dish for
satellites :nilesat 7w , hotbird 13e , badr 26e , intelsat 62e ... and
LNB skew is :58.5 , 50.2 , 40.0 , -17
Azimuth is :254.5° , 240.4° , 226.7° , 160.0°

if I use polar mount and jack, how dose the system align the skew ? the dish is not rotating !!!
what about H-H system ?
i'm confiusing .. :confused
thanks

The polar mount when correctly aligned to the satellite arc will allow the dish be pointed at each satellite you can 'see' without having to adjust the LNB skew angle.

Skew of the LNB is automatic in the sense that it adjusts itself to the satellite's perceived angular difference depending on where the satellite is positioned around the arc. No physical 'movement' is required of the LNB in relation to its fixture on the dish.

In other words, the whole dish gets skewed, as it moves round the arc.
