I have a "Technosat T-888 Plus" receiver connected to my 1.8m dish. When I do a channel search, it pick channels but report incorrect polarity.
That means if the channel beamed Vertically, mine pick it as Horizontal.
Because of this, I can't use automatic update programs like "World of Satellites II" to update the channel changes.

Is this a problem with the receiver or with the LNB?
How can I correct this?

(can I correct this by 0/12V option on the Technosat receiver or 22KHz option? I ask this because I don't know what that 2 options in the menu really doing)

Which LNB are you using and how does it switch polarity?

An obvious thing to check is that it is skewed properly, sounds like it may need turning through 90 degrees.

Mt LNB is KTI.

It says "Dual polarity 14V/18V Voltage switch"
