I have noticed that I can't get a few channels at night despite getting a good reception the channels during the day.

At night the channel (Multivision and DSF)signals flucctuate b/w 0% and 70% on ProgDVb not tried it on my Technomate). This normally happens on DSF(19.2E) and with the Multivision channels on (13 E).

As of this morning its been wet here in London and a lot of my channels are breaking up.

In the first case what can I do to prevent loosing my channels at night and any suggesstions for the second?

Just a thot,How does water at connection points on wires b/w LNB,MOTOR and skystar card affect the signals in the wire ?

I have an 80cm Dish Moteck motor and Skystar 2 card a Technomate Super 1000 S and I live in London

Your connections should all be made waterproof on installation, using self amalgamating tape or similar, the moteck has its own rubber boots.

Rain will decrease the signal to the dish, but with an 80cm dish in London, even with rain you should have no problems.
