I'm new here and registerd myself because i would like to find out what's possible for me to become Sky.de in Belgium... Are there stores or webshop's that offer me the chance to get this?

SOme of the advertisers on the forum will sell you Sky Germany - but using a reseller is vastly more expensive then buying it via friends or family in Germany.

I would assume it's pretty much like it is here. Get a valid address you can have the equipment installed at (friend/relative) , get it installed. Then move the kit once it is enabled.
