Possible to get PTV Sports from 38e in Oslo ?

T90 1w 5e 13e , Triax 110 + Inverto Black Ultra Quad
My Location
Drammen , Norway
Trying to figure out if its possible to get PTV Sports and other channels from Paksat ? how big dish i need ?

30dBW equates to a minimum dish size of 3.5 meters.

And Norway is outside the 30dBW contour, so the answer is NO.

For general entertainment channels 28E is your best bet, there are quite a few on air already with Hum TV due to start in the next week or so.
