Powersky 8210 - configuration/setting LOST

I have Powersky 8210CISK running WORK2 10-Jan-05 SW.

Yesterday, the box displayed LAM9 and the configuration was lost
meaning :
- menu are back to original in english, password/parental lock reset,
HCAs menu disapeared
- channels/groups lost. no channels at all.
But, Keys are keept.

We did not use the Factory reset option.

Has anybody experimented such a "strange reset" ?

I have upgraded with works4 version.
Will update with the latest works5 and will see.
