pred 3.12 help

i am not asking about files all i want to know is the new pred 3.12 i dont understand about the cryptoworks bit does it mean it will decrypt the channels that use cryptoworks sorry if this sounds dumb

it will allow the use of an original crypto sub card in the cam.
