I can't wait for the day when I can use the predasaur with my new T-Rex Supermodule + Loadercard.
Could you please direct me to a site/thread where I can read about what receiver to get? I am not looking for something really fancy... just something that can deal with the T-Rex and I might find cheaply on e-bay...

There are too many receivers available, with different attributes, to even consider giving such vague advice.
Most of the newer receivers are patchable, which means that you don't even need your cam to open the channels.
As for price you can pick up a new Technomate 1000 range receiver for around £60, and then there is the vantage range, which owners state are great receivers, and superior to the Technomate, and available for around the same price.
What is your set up? Have you got a motorized dish? What satellites can you receive? What programmes are you interested in? Do you plan to subscribe, in the future, to any package like DigitAlb?
All our members will gladly give you advice, and the advantages/disadvantages of specific receivers, but it is almost impossible to recommend any receiver without a little more information.
New receivers are also being developed, and released, including some from the Diablo team, who brought us the Diablo Cam, which are supposed to include a few great surprises.

Thanks for the swift reply. I really appreciate it.
I am sorry that somehow my system and set-up wasn't up to speed, but now it is, as is my current country of residence.
I can pick up a wide number of satellites, but am mostly interested in Astra and Hotbird. My reception is perfect. I would especially like to pick up Premiere's NASN with its NFL.
I am on the fringe in regards to picking up Astra 2 D, that is to say, I could get sky if I wanted to (which I don't) but none of the free to air channels like BBC and Itv.
I have kept my Setanta subscription, and that works like a gem.
As for my analogue system, I use it to pick up TF1 on Atlantic Bird 3.

As to what receiver to pick up, I have seen deals in the local Loot-equivalent on the following receivers:
The Nokia 220S, the Nokia 9311S, the Nokia 9802 s, the Samsung DSR 9500 AY or Z, and the Humax 5300, 5350 or the 5400
Would any of these work out? And if so which one would you recommend?

As to the receivers you have mentioned, I will look into them presently.

Finally, regarding your mentioning of the the fact that the newer receivers are patchable, what exactly does that mean?

Patchable just means you can load unofficial software, that has been produced for that particular receiver, and open all the channels that your cam can.
This is usually done using a null modem cable connected to your computer/laptop.
Linux receivers, and some newer receivers have extra capabilities, but it all comes down to your budget and what you require.
Premiere will be changing their encryption to Nagra 3, at some point, as they are no longer able to stop any hackers, using their current encryption.
The receivers you have listed seem quite old, although the Humax 5400 is still very popular, depending on the model.
It all depends on the price you can get them for, as older receivers do break down, and so maybe a new, cheap receiver might be more worthwhile.
If local, why not programme your cam and take it round, to check in the receiver, before purchasing.
You might also take a look at a DigitAlb subscription, if interested in the English Premier League games.
I'm not sure what is available in Denmark, but most suppliers will ship to anywhere in Europe.
