Just bought a Premier Satellite meter. Shaped like a bumbell and yellow.
Deac battery was duff so replaced. Charge circuit fault (only 8ma going in
to battery) Trying to fix that! Any info welcome. Operating manual?? Only
two buttons to use. Appears to have a telephone type socket to re programme?? (Ihope!) Have I bought a pig in a poke!! TIA.
 
I gave my old duff Premier to someone on the forum, can't remember who it was, but was pleased to see the back of it anyway.

To re-programme it you need the correct software and dedicated lead, Alltrade.co.uk used to offer a replacement battery and re-programme service, but the meter is old now and they may not do it any more, it was also quite expensive.
 
Meter works well on 28E,19E and 13E but not on 5E,1W or 30W Think needs update
channels on these sats. 1999 adverts for this Digimax Mk III suggest updates over the phone and meter has phone socket. Anybody got info re this ?? 10 years out of date I know!! but living in hope!! TIA
 
Re the Digimeter MK III. Anybody with this meter can give me details of charger? Have replaced existing battery with Nimh cells. Tried charging with 12v p/u but no good! Help.
