Price-drop.tv launches on DTTV



Price-drop.tv, the interactive TV shopping channel and sister to Ôbid-up TV' has launched on Digital Terrestrial Television. In a deal agreed with UK's Channel 4, the station is now available on Freeview channel 24 to an additional 2.2 million homes in the UK.

The deal means that Ôprice-drop.tv' is now available to over 12 million homes in the UK, it is already available on the Skydigital, ntl:home and Telewest Broadband.

It claims to achieve weekly revenue in excess of £3 million (E4.2 million) and is also watched by up to 388,000 viewers every day and have over a quarter of a million active customers.
