Some time ago a member spotted a Primesat 1.8 in Derby, to good a bargain to turn down at £100. It now resides in my garden, very impressed with the C Band channel count off 40W even though the LNB is about 5 dgrees offset. Ka is also impressive even though that is also offset from focus...

What a beautiful installation!
You've seem to have bagged another winner there, mr Scopus. :)
One thing is the dish, but the inclination-adjusted polar mount AND the offset-mounted feed-horns...
I like this a lot - I would have to spend countless hours approaching this degree of finesse.

And of course - all this in the middle of siberian winter ... surf's on!

Thanks st1. Sure was a bargain not to be missed. At least I managed to get it completed before the 'Beast From The East' came in...
