Very nice indeed ..
but first you got to outlay about a grand for a 3D printer ...and then buy the consumeables...
plus the the mirror...

Then print a telescope you could have bought for £300

Perhaps one day ..but not yet ..
3D printers are getting cheaper but still beyond my price range..sadly

I'd love to have a 3D printer, they just seem so handy for making spare parts for things that manufacturers take the weewee when they price them up, or just for making objects just cos I could... :D

Having read the article, the mirrors (and I suppose any lens at the eyepiece) need to be bought elsewhere, which sort of defeats the object (sic).
