Seriously though ..your ability to PM may just be down to your level of board activity ...ie number of posts you have made.

go to user CP and see if PM is possible ..

I suspect it might not be..

Exceptions to the rules can only be made by the staff ..

You need to be a member on the forum for at least a month and have a certain number of posts (20??)

We had too many spammers joining up and had to introduce the restriction.

In certain case pms will be turned on early, but in most cases activity should be on the main forum anyway.
