problem default transponder

hi
i live in fuerteventura canary islands
i have amstrad drx550 sky box
its on stand by so switch it on
one day it says technical problem with channel. try different channel all the same.
unplug box
switch on go services default transponder 11.778 v change 12.266 h save
new instalation now search for channels , next all channel complete.
watch sky ok

some times i have do this every day, or once a week
please help

How big a dish do you have?
Problems with default transponder can often be improved by setting skew better (rotate the LNB using a meter or watching TV with Skybox signal meter displayed)
You may be having problems with the LNB, or the dish has moved.
