Problem in sharing of some channels

I am getting a strange problem some of my channels shows "Hope= 0, "Time out =0) even though I am having cards of those packages for example on Hotbird 12692 frequency is fully ok except "Animux' & French Lover & Free-X is also showing the same. Can U tell me where is the problem. I am using Nabilo max var image

Where does it display this message? What cam are you using?

Are you sure you can actually receve them now?? They switched to Hotbird 9 a few days ago which isnt as favourable for India as the old Hotbird 7A

Dear i am from pakistan by mistake when I made the ID India was selected & after that I wasn't remember to correct that thing. I am using CCCAM 2.11 version & it show the above mention thing in my 1st post when I press info button two times. Seems to me that it is trying to get the channels as CW channels & there is no CW keys are yet avaiable that's why it is showsing this but this is my own view i might be wrong that's why I am asking it from u. I am using very powerful servers so I don't think so that there is any another reason for which they are not opening as they are running very fine to other pears
