In the last couple of days I've had a problem playing back recordings previously made on my Sky+ box. When I select a recorded programme from the Planner, it takes me to the usual "Start From" screen (and will allow me to select a different start point if I want) but it then does not respond to Select or Play to begin the playback. It does not respond to Backup either, but will jump back out of the Planner if I press the Sky button.
The only thing that seems to resolve this (temporarily) is to disconnect the Sky+ box from the mains and let it reboot, after which it seems to work OK again, but the following day I encountered exactly the same problem (with a different recording).
Has anyone encountered this before, or can anyone suggest what to do about it ?
