Problem port forwarding on BT HomeHub 3.0

Dreambox 8000 HD,
80cm Orbital Satellite Dish
Motorized
LNB with 2 outputs, 2nd output leading to upstairs and using Dreambox 500S.
Pioneer VSX-1018AH-K Amp/Receiver,
My Location
Stockton-on-Tees, Cleveland
I need some help from someone who is or has been using the BT HomeHub 3.0 (type B),
i am trying to port forward 12000 for the Dreambox, but doesn't seem to be working, although it pings ok
 
I use it the Homehub3 and have had zero problems just used one of the predefined game applications renamed it and inserted port that i needed then just applied this to the mac address of my receiver.
 
when you go to assign port 12000 select by ip address and manually type it in, otherwise for some reason the HH3 seems not to open if you select a device on your home network if that makes sense
