When using the dish make sure the lnb is push forward to the dish as much as possible. Because them screenshots looked like it was too far away.

I good tip for aligning to astra 1 19e is put it on MTV Central and the meter will give you a rougth idea where the sat is the elevation I used was 31 degress now I get 80% on Astra 1 in yorkshire

It will vary, but if you push it too far forward, you may lose some of the dish catchment and with a small dish it can be critical.

First timers [ virgins ;) ] can easily become discouraged. A pity that someone living near to her couldn't do the usual checks like swapping dishes/stb's etc.
