Problem when I switched tuners

a sky mini dish + a Dreambox 600S with Gemini- 430 and CCcam 2.0.8

Hi

I had to switch tuners in my Dreambox 600T. I had to put in a new T tuner as the one that came with the box had a problem on a certain frequency. Now when I go to setup there is no option for service searching. I tried reflashing the gemini 4.5 image but still no option to scan. Any ideas?
 
So nobody has any ideas? about this one. I think its obvious that the box is not seeing the tuner correctly anybody got any ideas what I can do?
 
Have you checked 3 times that the tuner is plugged in properly ?
Also have you been into Setup, Service Searching, Tuner Config, and setup the tuner ?
 
Yes i have tried the older tuner again and it works but when i put in the new tuner I dont even get the option of 'service searching'
 
is the new tuner listed in the dreambox.info or the old one?

Look through the opened onscreen box and it should show you what the tuner is.
