Problem with Art Card access

Hi all.

I've been enjoying uninterrrupted use of a 12 month Art sports card for the last 5 months and now, for some reason, my Dreambox is behaving like the subscription has run out and comes up with the "No Right" message. Is this a card or cam problem or maybe software ? I can still get al jazeera channels with my other card and cam which makes me wonder if the cam or card has gone up the swanny.

Any help appreciated.

Hi,
Art has become substitution of smartcards months ago as upgrade. You need to contact your reseller to have your cards changed. In fact, in the next weeks, your other card too will be over.
